About the Project

TaskFlow is a startup in the productivity applications space. They needed to create a cross-platform mobile application for iOS and Android with offline capabilities and cloud synchronization.

Challenges

• Develop native applications for iOS and Android using a single codebase
• Implement offline-first architecture with auto-sync
• Integrate push notifications and reminders
• Create intuitive UX with drag-and-drop and gestures
• Ensure smooth performance even with 1000+ tasks

Solution

We chose React Native for cross-platform development. Implemented offline-first architecture using Redux and AsyncStorage. Integrated Firebase for push notifications and authentication.

Designed an intuitive interface with smooth animations and gestures. Implemented smart caching and background synchronization. Optimized performance for low-end devices.
